MPA 204 Open Enrollment establishes a list of vendors capable of providing Printing Offset/Digital Services. This solicitation is being conducted under the State of Rhode Island OEV (open enrollment process). In addition, vendors may be utilized by quasi-public agencies, Rhode Island municipalities and school districts. This is a pass/fail evaluation.
