DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek competitive proposals from qualified Vendors to establish an Agency Contract to provide the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Community Programs Section, with the capacity to provide facility site(s) that can provide a capacity at a minimal of 30 juveniles at a specific site, at any given time. The goal is for the qualified Vendor to be able to serve at a minimal a total of 90 adjudicated juvenile males at any given time.
