The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Offers from qualified vendors for the provision and implementation of a commercially available, fully developed institutional biorepository management platform for The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (the “University”). The University is seeking an existing, production-ready solution and is NOT soliciting proposals for the custom design, development, or creation of a new platform. The University seeks a secure, scalable, and sustainable solution capable of supporting diverse biorepository workflows across campus while ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting interoperability with existing research systems, and supporting long-term institutional needs.
