The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Facilities department is requesting proposals for Environmental Services and Emergency Services for Spill Prevention and Response. Service in the Charlotte Mecklenburg area include scheduled and expedited response to cleanup and disposal services for solid and liquid hazardous and non-hazardous materials, along with rapid and emergency response to spills.
