The district is currently soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive districtwide rightsizing and consolidation study. The selected firm will evaluate all district schools relative to enrollment projections, facility capacity utilization, attendance boundary optimization, operational efficiencies, and financial considerations. The selected firm will deliver a school consolidation feasibility study with actionable recommendations to optimize the District's footprint. The goal is to ensure equitable access to high-quality learning environments while maximizing operational efficiency in a rapidly growing urban/suburban landscape. The District seeks an experienced partner capable of leading a transparent, data-driven, and community-engaged process that results in implementable recommendations for consideration by the Board of Education.
